Refund & Returns Policy – Maison Savon

At Maison Savon, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Returns Eligibility

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

• Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

2. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at lara@maisonsavon.dk with your order number and details. We will provide instructions for returning your item.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 2 days of pickup with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products.

• Gift cards.

• Clearance or final sale items.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
